We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to support the assessment, enhancement, and documentation of operational processes and governance frameworks. The role will focus on developing and improving process documentation within technology-driven environments. Experience in travel e-commerce, fintech, IT, or service-tech domains is preferred.

Key Requirements

  • Provenexperience in business process analysis or similar roles.

  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining SOPs and SLAs.

  • Domain background in travel e-commerce, fintech, IT, or digital service platforms.
  • Ability to analyze current workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and define optimized processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in consulting or Big Four environments.

Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and organization skills with attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced or client-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for standardization and efficiency improvement.

  • Develop, update, and maintain SOPs, SLAs, and related governance documentation.

  • Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and operational playbooks aligned with organizational standards.

  • Work cross-functionally with IT and business units to ensure correct process implementation.

  • Conduct process performance evaluations and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Provide knowledge transfer and process training for relevant stakeholders.
