Familiarity with Mechanical Compliance, OSHA, or similar regulatory programs.Position Overview: The Client is implementing a modern, cloud-based system to replace legacy applications and streamline permitting, licensing, inspections, citations, case management, payments, reporting, and other regulatory functions across the Mechanical Compliance Section (MCS) and Nevada OSHA. The IT Business Process Analyst will support the project by gathering business requirements, documenting workflows, coordinating with stakeholders, validating system functionality, and assisting with implementation activities.Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements. Gather and validate business requirements with stakeholders. Develop process maps, functional documentation, and business rules. Support system testing, quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution. Assist with data migration, system integrations, reporting, and dashboard validation. Develop user documentation and training materials and support change management activities. Coordinate with program staff, IT, and the software vendor throughout implementation.
