Overview

We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to analyze, design, and implement process enhancements that drive operational efficiency and quality improvements. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, lead improvement initiatives, and deliver measurable results across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, evaluate, and model existing processes to identify improvement opportunities
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional projects focused on process optimization and efficiency
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies from concept through execution
  • Collect and analyze data to identify root causes and measure performance gaps
  • Establish metrics and performance indicators to monitor ongoing process effectiveness
  • Recommend and implement solutions to improve process performance and product quality
  • Support and guide teams in applying process re-engineering methodologies
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
  • Deliver presentations, training sessions, and updates on project progress and results
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive adoption of process improvements
  • Ensure alignment of improvement initiatives with business objectives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree (required)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating complex data and processes
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and performance measurement techniques
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with process re-engineering or continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Experience delivering training or facilitating workshops
