The Business Process Analyst devises and designs business process requirements for Business and IT-related disciplines that are critical to enterprise functions.
This includes researching and analyzing existing business functions, processes, workflows, and overall process knowledge.
The incumbent also proactively generates and compiles reports based on their findings, complete with recommended improvements or requirements for business processes and operational procedures.

Additional Job Description: EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or Management Information Systems. In lieu of degree, five (5) years' relevant experience will be considered in addition to the experience requirements listed below.
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
Minimum three (3) years' proven experience with business process and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and methodology development.
Extensive experience in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flowcharts.
Knowledge of internal procedures and regulations pertaining to the enterprise.
