Business Process Analyst

PGS Worldwide is seeking Business Process Analysts in Moorestown, New Jersey for a one-year onsite contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. These positions will analyze business and technical processes, define system requirements, and support financial and business information systems, with a strong emphasis on SAP, Hyperion, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with SAP and Hyperion.
• Experience working with business systems, applications, or enterprise information systems.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with financial systems and related business processes.
• Advanced systems and application skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, including:
  • Excel
  • Word
  • PowerPoint
  • Project
  • Visio
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Ability to analyze business processes, workflows, system inputs, outputs, and controls.

Preferred Skills

• SAP and/or Hyperion implementation experience.
• SAP and/or Hyperion system-transition experience.
• Strong process-improvement mindset.
• Lean-process experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting financial-system transformation or implementation projects.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze business and technical processes to support new and modified information systems.
• Define business requirements and business cases for technology initiatives.
• Coordinate with business and technology teams to identify system requirements.
• Analyze program functions, output requirements, input data, system techniques, and controls.
• Support financial and business-process systems.
• Evaluate existing workflows and identify process-improvement opportunities.
• Support SAP and Hyperion-related system activities.
• Assist with implementation, transition, and optimization of business applications.
• Develop process documentation, workflows, and supporting materials using Microsoft Project, Visio, and other Office tools.
• Communicate project and system requirements across technical and business organizations.

Pay

• $26.00–$37.00 per hour.
• No overtime premium.
