Responsibilities
Process Analysis & Design
Map current Product Excellence workflows and identify repetitive manual activities.
Identify opportunities to eliminate manual document creation, email outreach, folder setup, data entry, reminders, and workflow coordination.
Work with process owners to understand triggers, inputs, business rules, approvals, and expected outputs.
Design simple future-state workflows that clearly define what should happen automatically and what still requires human judgment.
Document requirements, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
Prioritize opportunities based on business value, implementation effort, complexity, and risk.
Automation Development
Design, build, test, and deploy automations using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
Examples include:
Document creation: Automatically generate standardized Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF, or other business artifacts using information submitted through forms, lists, or workflow triggers.
Folder and workspace creation: Automatically create SharePoint folders, Teams structures, Evidence Lockers, and associated templates when new work is initiated.
Email outreach: Automatically generate and send standardized emails based on events, deadlines, approvals, status changes, or predefined outreach campaigns.
Reminders and follow-ups: Automatically notify owners of outstanding actions, approaching deadlines, missing information, or required validations.
Approvals and routing: Route requests, documents, or decisions to the appropriate stakeholders and capture resulting approvals or responses.
Record creation and updates: Automatically create or update SharePoint Lists and other structured records based on workflow activity.
Artifact management: Create, name, store, organize, and maintain recurring governance and Product Excellence artifacts.
Cross-platform workflows: Connect Microsoft 365 tools with platforms such as Monday.com where technically appropriate.

Automatically generating standard governance or Product Excellence documents from structured information.
