Business Process Analyst SAP

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Process Analyst (SAP) in San Marcos, TX.

Overview: Our client is seeking a highly motivated SAP Business Process Analyst to join their IT team. This individual will play a key role as a business partner, supporting the stability, compliance, and continuous improvement of Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP) within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

This role is critical to optimizing supply chain and manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. While the primary focus is on procure-to-pay and make-to-stock/make-to-order processes, the position will also provide secondary support across Sales and Finance functions to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day SAP support for Procurement (MM) and Production (PP) teams
• Maintain master data and optimize MRP processes for operational efficiency
• Identify and implement standard SAP functionality to reduce manual workarounds
• Support Sales (SD) and Finance (FI/CO) integration as needed
• Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, and change management processes
• Assist with audits, documentation, training, and UAT for system updates
