Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Process Change Manager for a project‑based consulting engagement. This contract role requires a hybrid presence 3 days per week on‑site in Hartford, CT.
Responsibilities:
- Design and document future‑state business processes, including current‑state assessment and gap analysis
- Lead process improvement and redesign initiatives to drive efficiency and reduce complexity
- Support change management and adoption efforts to ensure successful implementation of new processes
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align processes with operating model goals
- Identify opportunities to minimize technical debt through thoughtful process and workflow design
Qualifications:
