Business Process Consultant - Position 2

Job Summary (List Format):

- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with customers by delivering outstanding consulting services.
- Manage end-to-end business process improvements, leveraging domain and ServiceNow expertise.
- Collaborate with technical consultants and customers to design workflows that align with the customer journey.
- Gather business requirements through workshops and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
- Analyze existing workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement automation solutions.
- Develop acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and knowledge transfer documents to ensure delivery excellence.
- Share insights and feedback with product teams to drive continuous improvement and best practices.
- Provide leadership by resolving escalations from junior team members and serving as the functional lead on engagements.
- Coach and mentor Associate Business Process Consultants.
- Apply ServiceNow product knowledge to design efficient workflows based on leading practices and customer needs.
- Train customers in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies, and support their review and approval.
- Maintain up-to-date skills and certifications relevant to specific workflows.
- Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows, generate insights, and support strategic initiatives as guided.
- Demonstrate understanding of core AI concepts, ethical considerations, and platform capabilities, and explain their application to customers.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive complex issue resolution.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required by client engagements.
