About the Role The role is responsible for conducting data collection and analyses to support process improvement programs and projects that reduce cost and complexity across the enterprise. The incumbent leads initiatives of varying complexity and scope within business divisions and cross‑functional enterprise efforts, drafts and reviews project deliverables and analyses (value‑stream mapping, statistical analyses), supervises business process analysts, develops business cases using ROI models, serves as a strategic consultant and business partner to leadership, and improves process performance while enhancing the customer experience.
