Business Process Engineer

SUMMARY
As directed, responsible for the evaluation, recommendation and establishment of current state and potentially new production workflows, work processes, work standards, work volume forecasts, and production and staffing requirements.  Project will be split into two phases and will take into account organization, technology, strategy, and people.  The first phase is to document the current state.  The second is to develop the future state.  There is potentially a third phase to drive implementation activities.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.
DocumentCurrentState:

• Strong understanding of business processes and SDLC.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software (ERP, data analysis tools).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (CS, IT).
