Business Process Lead

Piper Companies is seeking an experienced Business Process Lead to support enterprise-level initiatives in a long-term engagement. This role partners with business and project teams to support process improvement, solution delivery, and organizational readiness efforts across multiple functions. The position operates in a remote environment within the United States.

Role Overview:

The Business Process Lead will contribute to the definition, alignment, and documentation of business processes while supporting broader transformation and implementation efforts. This role emphasizes collaboration, structured problem-solving, and effective communication with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and refinement of end-to-end business processes.
• Ensure process approaches align with organizational frameworks, standards, and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support coordinated delivery across initiatives.
• Identify and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies to appropriate audiences.
• Contribute to the creation of process documentation, requirements, and solution artifacts.
• Assist in communicating proposed changes, impacts, and benefits to stakeholders.
• Participate in workshops and working sessions focused on future-state design.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure appropriate representation and input.
• Translate business needs and current challenges into actionable inputs for delivery teams.
• Support validation and testing activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Assist with planning and execution activities in partnership with project leadership.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Customer-to-Cash (C2C) and/or Order-to-Cash (O2C) required
• 10+ years of proven leadership experience
• 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise transformation projects
• Extensive professional experience supporting business process, operational, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience using SAP required
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems, tools, or large-scale change efforts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to document processes, requirements, and decisions clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with internal teams and external partners.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline required; advanced degree preferred.

Compensation for the Business Process Lead includes:

• Salary range: $75-$77 USD per hour based on professional experience
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off
