Job Title: Business Process Manager

Location(s): Atlanta, GA


Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the development and implementation of projects, programs, and business process initiatives that support operational goals, process improvements, product launches, and strategic objectives. Evaluates and enhances project management methodologies to improve efficiency through standardization, simplification, process optimization, or other operational improvements. Conducts risk assessments, ensures compliance with established processes, and facilitates communication across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate business process improvement and implementation projects.
  • Analyze and improve existing project management and operational processes.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to defined processes, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with multiple operational groups to support project execution and communication.
  • Resolve complex business and operational issues independently.
  • Provide guidance, training, and technical support to junior team members.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
  • Associate degree or technical certification may be preferred depending on the area.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in business process management, project coordination, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and exercise sound judgment.
  • Experience managing complex projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Work Environment:

  • Senior-level individual contributor role.
  • Operates with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
  • Provides mentorship and guidance to less experienced staff but does not have direct hiring or termination authority.
