Day-to-day responsibilities:- Roughly 50% meetings and 50% independent work
- Prepare slides, meeting recaps, follow-up emails, and communications
- Support team meetings, all-hands, strategic initiatives, and process documentation
- Coordinate multiple projects at once
- Work with up to ~5 core stakeholders day to day, with occasional broader team facilitation

This contractor will support Business Excellence & Operations for the Patient Health Innovation (PHI) team, driving disciplined execution, operational rigor, and cross-functional alignment. This role will help ensure strategic priorities are translated into clear action plans, measurable outcomes, and timely follow-through. The individual will support executive decision-making by preparing leadership materials, leading strategic initiatives, tracking key deliverables, identifying risks and dependencies, and coordinating across teams to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
Key responsibilities:- Support senior leadership in coordinating strategic initiatives and business excellence priorities
- Track and enable team action items, deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics
- Prepare executive-level updates, presentations, and status reporting
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and communication, including with PHI and across our broader Commercial Excellence & Innovation (CEI) department
- Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, including opportunities for AI enablement within our work
- Help drive operational discipline, accountability, and execution excellence
- Support special projects and ad hoc leadership requests
- Manage key PHI team meetings and shared operating files
