This position is contingent upon contract awardThis position requires TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

Responsibilities: Support the program management cell by streamlining administrative workflows, managing documentation, and facilitating coordination across program stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of customer priorities, including surge operations. The role requires individuals capable of interpreting complex or incomplete information, collaborating effectively with internal teams and IC partners, and working independently with minimal oversight.

Develops concise and insightful program reports, process improvement recommendations, and briefings; leads small teams in the research, analysis, and resolutions of multifaceted programmatic challenges, such as resource allocation, risk tracking, and integrations with DIA mission functions.

Proesses experience in information sharing, conflict resolution, and cross-functional coordination is vital to maintain program alignment and mitigate operational risks.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

8 years of experience interpreting complex and incomplete information, and working with large data sets.

Knowledge and experience with leading small teams in the research, analysis, and resolutions of multifaceted programmatic challenges, such as resource allocation, risk tracking, and integrations specific to DIA mission functions.

Security Clearance: TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
