Location: Remote
Duration: 0 –09 Months
Pay Rate: $30/Hour
Shift Hours: Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm

Title: Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier and/or GBS inquiries and escalations
- Prioritize urgency of inquiries and process responses accordingly
- Resolve yourself where possible and respond to supplier
- Use FAQs where applicable
- Understand escalation points and route to responsible party(s) for resolution
- Build and maintain responsible party directory
Tracking and Reporting
- Monitor flow of inquiries into central mailbox
- Monitor response resolution through completion
- Disciplined follow-up with responsible party(s) to close out inquiries in a timely manner
- Daily / weekly reporting of total inquiries, total resolved, total in process
Required Qualifications
- Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
- Additional languages: Proficiency in German, French, and/or Spanish would be considered an advantage
- Strong problem solving and people skills: suppliers and end-users
- Customer oriented work experiences
- Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
