As a Senior Business Program Manager in the Financial Services Industry engineering group, you will enable customer co-innovation and co-engineering through consistent, scalable business program leadership. You will turn studio strategy and portfolio complexity into clear priorities, coordinated execution, and credible customer impact while sustaining a high-quality experience for customers, partners, and stakeholders. You will combine operational excellence with strategic judgment, measuring success through influence and results rather than the volume of activity.This opportunity will allow you to:

• Develop deep portfolio and business judgment across complex financial-services customer engagements.
• Strengthen your executive influence and narrative leadership while partnering with studio leaders, TPMs, engineers, account teams, and customers.
• Advance responsible AI-enabled business transformation by improving how work is prioritized, governed, measured, and communicated.

Responsibilities

• To stay competitive, you will perform program landscape analysis and examine business trends, while contributing to programs impacting the broader unit. You'll also identify opportunities to develop and improve programs, and lead program strategy definition and project plan creation.

• You will lead others who work with cross-functional stakeholders to design highly complex programs from initiation to delivery. You'll also lead the definition and tracking of success criteria and performance metrics.

• You will share best practices to define and execute on a landing and communication plan, leading the rhythm of business during execution. You'll also share your expertise to promote the program and gain buy-in from stakeholders, partners, and customers.

• As you lead a portfolio of projects, you'll communicate the program status and risk to stakeholders, and hold them accountable to following the schedule. You'll also lead cross-team collaboration to ensure program processes are executed efficiently.

• You will provide insights to cost-benefit analyses and the evaluation of success metrics, while leading the synthesis of data analytics to derive insights and identify risks and opportunities. You'll also lead and influence change management processes in the organization.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
• OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications

• Masters Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement

• OR Bachelors Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement

• OR equivalent experience.

• 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

• 1+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., consulting, solutions engineering, field engineering, or similar).

• Experience with AI/ML technologies, cloud architecture, data engineering, and using AI tools and workflows in creating software engineering artifacts.

• Enjoy travel and are comfortable with travel up to 25%

Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
