Coordinates information services and projects that add business value and minimize business disruption. Reports to the Section Director or Branch Manager. Work involves assisting with the development of technical strategies and coordination of information technology activities while coordinating the planning, budgeting, initiation, and oversight of projects. Work requires contact with all levels of agency management and government officials and private entities. Employees at this level may establish their own work plan and priorities to meet set objectives.Responsibilities – BRM III & IVActs as the primary point of focus between the districts and division and ITD for strategy, delivery, and operations.Aids divisions and districts in defining business requirements.Assists in the design and implementation of strategic solutions.Develops product roadmaps.Works closely with IT teams to make recommendations for ITD processes associated with software technology planning, development and implementation.May be accountable for development, coordination of or providing advice on metrics, processes, audits and root‑cause analyses.Develops criteria for evaluating programs, proposals and other pertinent information related to project assignments.Oversees the troubleshooting and analysis of technical problems associated with local applications.Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.Minimum QualificationsBRM IIIBachelor's Degree in a related discipline. Relevant work experience may be substituted for degree on a year‑per‑year basis.4 years of experience in business systems analysis and design, project management or information technology management. (Experience can be satisfied by full‑time or prorated part‑time equivalent).
