Job Description:
Business Relationship Manager (BRM) will serve as a strategic partner to senior client stakeholders, owning end-to-end account growth, value realization, and relationship governance. The role requires strong consulting pedigree (preferably Big 4 experience) with the ability to translate business priorities into technology-led transformation initiatives. The BRM will be accountable for expanding existing engagements targeting 2x growth of the current revenue base through proactive identification of cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, shaping large deals, and driving innovation-led differentiation. This role demands executive presence, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence CXO-level decisions while ensuring delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnership sustainability.
Qualifications:
§ 15+ years of experience in consulting / IT services with prior tenure in Big 4 firms strongly preferred
§ Proven track record of growing existing accounts (2x+ revenue expansion) through cross-sell, up-sell, and deal shaping
§ Strong domain expertise in BFSI / Capital Markets with deep understanding of client business models and challenges
§ Experience in CXO stakeholder management and building long-term executive relationships
§ Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex deals and proposals including commercial structuring and negotiations

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science (required)
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred)

Salary Range: $165,800-$224,300 a year
