Job Description:

Responsible for business development, customer satisfaction, and nurturing existing relationships. Also responsible for selling new business, driving the business pipeline, and leading the entire sales cycle using the CRM mode, identify opportunities and provide proposals to customers, Responsible for revenue growth and customer satisfaction, Owns and ensures achievement of agreed sales targets (Total Estimated Contract Value, Revenue Pipeline). Achieves targets for realizable revenue commitments for the FY, Maintains high win rate for qualified opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Graduate College Degree
• must have performed a customer facing with responsibilities including business development and delivery, for at least 4 years
• knowledge of Retail domain
• strong understanding of Agile & DevOps ways of working
• Experience driving large RFP response

Salary Range: $110,500 - $171,400 a year
