As a senior business resiliency analyst in the Enterprise Business Resiliency (EBR) group, you'll develop and communicate a resiliency strategy for the enterprise. Serving as the liaison between the EBR team and the business, you'll work closely with business partners to create the tactics to implement resiliency requirements and monitor adherence to resiliency standards. In this role, you'll help Progressive prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptions by using data to identify risks, measure readiness, and improve business continuity plans.

This position is open to remote work with occasional travel for meetings and training.

Must-have qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of related work experience in a business continuity/resiliency-related discipline.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum 3 years of related work experience in a business continuity/resiliency-related discipline.

Preferred skills

• Knowledge and understanding of resiliency industry tools and techniques for eliciting, prioritizing, organizing, documenting, modeling, and deploying program requirements.
• Proven ability to perform analysis and develop metrics.
• Problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate, assess, and recommend solutions to moderately complex situations, often very quickly.
• Experience coordinating inter-team and cross-team projects.

Compensation

• $81,400-$108,500/year, depending on experience.
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
