Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners and decision-makers
• Identify company benefit needs and goals
• Recommend solutions that fit client budgets
• Build long-term client relationships
• Provide excellent service and follow-up support
• Use CRM tools to manage client information and communications
• Attend weekly team trainings and meetings

Qualifications
