Job Summary:This role is for a Business Development Representative Associate supporting business by driving pipeline and revenue. The position involves customer engagement across multiple channels and requires a candidate comfortable with change and new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:Support sales territories with gap coverage and ad hoc campaign initiatives.
Conduct account intelligence and research to support sales efforts.
Engage with customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and social media.
Utilize CRM systems and various online resources for research and data management.
Must-Have Skills:At least 6-12 months of prior SDR or sales-relevant experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- Athletic Background: Competitive backgrounds (high school or college sports) listed on the resume are strongly preferred as an indicator of drive and coachability
- German Language Skills preferred
