CTG is seeking an experienced Business Senior Strategy Analyst to support enterprise-wide strategic planning, business analysis, and cross-functional initiatives for our client. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at transforming complex data into actionable business insights while partnering with stakeholders across the organization. Location: Remote Duration: 18 months Key Responsibilities Lead and support strategic projects, business initiatives, and long-term planning efforts. Analyze business performance, trends, workflows, and operational data to identify opportunities and recommend solutions. Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, and strategic documentation. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation that meets regulatory and organizational standards. Produce ad hoc and recurring analyses to support business decision-making. Identify project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies while providing actionable recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic outcomes and business improvements. Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk management policies, and regulatory requirements. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to business leaders and executive stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in business strategy, business analysis, project management, consulting, or a similar analytical role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Experience creating executive summaries, strategic reports, and business documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills. Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple business functions. Preferred Qualifications MBA or advanced degree. Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry. Knowledge of project management methodologies. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools. Familiarity with risk management, audit, and regulatory compliance processes. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $35.88 to $59.80/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
