Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Business Services Coordinator to support our daily operations and deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient business processes by managing customer interactions, coordinating service requests, and supporting cross-functional administrative needs.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and is committed to delivering a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming customer calls, ensuring timely resolution and a high standard of service
  • Some cash handling responsibilities as required
  • Process electronic and telephone orders and service requests
  • Monitor and manage the general email inbox, responding to inquiries and routing requests as needed
  • Coordinate service dispatch and schedule service calls, including placing and tracking work orders
  • Conduct customer follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues
  • Prepare and process shipping routes, including printing and posting necessary documentation
  • Address customer inquiries, discrepancies, complaints, and invoice-related questions via phone, email, and written communication
  • Process refunds and support billing-related activities
  • Perform program auditing and support efforts to ensure compliance with company service standards
  • Assist with administrative tasks and cross-functional projects as needed to support overall business operations

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Education: High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills required
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service mindset with the ability to resolve issues effectively
  • Organization: High level of organization, attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Multitasking: Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines
  • Collaboration: Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across teams
  • Integrity: Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and sound judgment in all interactions
