Currently, we have a temp Business Services Support Specialist opportunity with our local credit union client, where you're more than a title - you're a voice that matters. The Business Services Support Specialist is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the Business Services and Commercial Lending teams.
  • Assisting with the preparation, review, and processing of business loan documentation.
  • Maintaining and updating loan and account information within internal systems.
  • Processing loan payments, advances, payoffs, and account maintenance requests.
  • Supporting loan funding activities and related documentation.
  • Assisting with lien filings, collateral releases, and other loan servicing-related tasks.
  • Maintaining business account records, including cash management and treasury management services.
  • Responding to member and internal department inquiries regarding business accounts and loan servicing.
  • Monitoring and maintaining required documentation, insurance records, and other compliance-related items.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of banking, credit union, lending, or financial services experience required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial services software applications.
Pay Rate Range: $25.00 - 31.00 per hour, DOE

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
