Job Responsibilities
- Maintain records and ensure data accuracy.
- Retrieve and compile data for financial reports and cost tracking.
- Assist in month-end close activities and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
- Support limited accounts payable tasks and inventory tracking.
- Resolve vendor issues and handle urgent requests.
- Collaborate with multiple departments including Engineering, Operations, and IT.
- Participate in special projects and assignments as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0-5 years of experience in administrative support, financial reporting, or clerical functions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow business processes and maintain compliance with SOX controls.
Preferences
- Experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable, or another administrative finance function.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- A process improvement mindset.
