Title:Business Solutions Analyst (BA)
Location:Sacramento, CA, 95820
On-site/Remote/Hybrid: ONSITE
Duration: 12 Months (extendable up to 36 months)

Business hours: Monday through Friday, (8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PT)

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct business analysis for IT systems
  • Analyze legislative mandates → system impact
  • Gather & document business requirements
  • Support business process re-engineering
  • Assist in Request for Offer (RFP) requirements definition
  • Work with stakeholders to define functional & technical needs
  • Support system modernization strategy

Required Qualifications (MQ)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years IT/business analysis experience
  • 3+ years in system analysis & design
  • 3+ years analyzing legislation/regulations impact

Desired Qualifications (DQ)
  • 6+ years experience
  • Experience in government regulatory systems
  • Experience with large-scale IT transformations
