This role focuses on hands-on administration of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and related platforms, along with deeper technical problem-solving and system optimization. You'll also grow alongside our modernization efforts across CRM, digital communications, integrations, and automation.

This position earns a competitive minimum starting salary of $91k. DOW CREDIT UNION: OUR MISSION

In 1937, the country was still in the throes of a severe economic depression that underscored the need for a workable financial plan to enable Dow employees to save for emergencies and obtain convenient, low-cost credit. Two Dow employees heard about the credit union movement, and the rest is history. Today, we serve more than 84,000 members across all 50 states and in over 40 countries and have over $2.5 billion in assets. Our goal has always been to serve our members to the best of our abilities and provide them with the best value for their money. Every day, we continually strive to improve our level of service by keeping our focus on our members.

In order to do this, we have to hire and retain loyal, team-oriented employees who have genuine care and concern for our members and conduct themselves with integrity and professionalism. That's why we offer competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a positive work culture. We truly respect each other and actively encourage diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). We are an equal-opportunity employer.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer Salesforce Financial Services Cloud: manage users, permissions, profiles, page layouts, flows, and validation rules.
  • Document processes, configurations, and institutional knowledge for the team's growing knowledge base.
  • Support ETL processes and data pipelines that move information between core systems (e.g., Symitar, Salesforce, marketing platforms).
  • Assist in the design, build, and maintenance of system integrations using iPaaS platforms or API-based approaches.
  • Contribute to the development of custom Salesforce components (Lightning Web Components, Apex triggers and classes) as skills progress.
  • Participate in integrations, automation, and platform enhancements

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with SQL, Apex, JavaScript, Python, or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new software platforms independently and apply them to business problems.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to decompose complex business problems into actionable technical steps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field-or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: Typically 4–6 years in a technology role supporting business applications, platforms, or integrations.

If you enjoy working at the intersection of technology and business, like learning new tools, and want to make a meaningful impact at a member-focused organization, we'd love to hear from you.
