Utilize advanced knowledge of the organization''s technology infrastructure and specific software applications to guide Branch Operations department through the implementation of enterprise-wide technology changes. Manage existing applications and automations by monitoring system performances and resolve high-priority production issues. Serve as a senior technical advisor and mentor to junior developers.
