Location: Fort Worth, TX 76119
 Pay Rate:$23.36 per hour
 Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
 Start Date: Immediate Opening

We are seeking a Business Solutions Recruiter to join a collaborative workforce development team dedicated to strengthening the local community through strategic talent acquisition and employment services. What You'll Do

As a Business Solutions Recruiter, you'll serve as a trusted talent partner for local businesses while guiding professional-level candidates through every stage of the hiring process.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies for professional-level positions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community partners.
  • Source, identify, screen, and develop qualified candidate pipelines.
  • Provide career coaching, including resume development, interview preparation, salary guidance, and offer negotiation support.
  • Register participants in state labor exchange systems and ensure resumes are current and visible to employers.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs, hiring events, networking opportunities, and community outreach activities.
  • Stay current on labor market trends and employment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and hiring results.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

 

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of recruiting, workforce development, staffing, or related experience.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Ability to quickly learn applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record and proof of insurance.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish. 
  • Experience in workforce development or employment services.
  • Certified Business Services Consultant (CBSC) credential.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

Work Environment

This position is primarily office based and includes occasional local travel to employer visits, recruiting events, and job fairs.
