We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Solutions Recruiter to join our Business Solutions team for a 6-month assignment in Fort Worth, TX.
 
This role is ideal for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping people connect with meaningful career opportunities. You will work closely with businesses, hiring managers, and job seekers to create successful employment matches while supporting workforce development initiatives in the community.

What You'll Do
Employer & Hiring Manager Support
  • Build strong relationships with businesses seeking professional-level talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and position requirements
  • Develop recruiting strategies to support open positions and work-based learning opportunities
  • Maintain strong communication with employer partners throughout the hiring process
Candidate Support & Career Advising
  • Identify, source, and develop candidate pipelines for open positions
  • Provide career guidance, resume and cover letter support, and interview preparation
  • Assist candidates with salary expectations, offer negotiations, and career planning
  • Encourage and support job seekers throughout the employment process
Workforce Development & Program Support
  • Ensure participants are properly registered in state labor exchange systems
  • Verify resumes are posted and accessible to employers utilizing the system
  • Participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and networking opportunities
  • Stay informed on labor market trends and employment opportunities
 
What We're Looking For
Required Skills
  • Strong recruiting, sourcing, and talent management skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and employment data
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and recruiting systems
  • Ability to quickly learn applicant tracking systems and labor exchange platforms
Preferred Knowledge
  • Workforce development programs

  • Resume and cover letter development
  • Federal, state, and local employment compliance guidelines
 
Qualifications
Required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in workforce development
  • Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and good driving record
Preferred
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
  • Certified Business Services Consultant™ (CBSC)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
 
Physical Requirements
This role primarily works in an office environment and includes:
  • Sitting, standing, walking, and bending
  • Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds
  • Occasional local travel and driving
  • Flexible hours as needed
