Role Snapshot
The Business Solutions Support Specialist provides onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for commercial and Business Solutions clients, helping ensure services are set up correctly and customers receive responsive, accurate assistance.
Key responsibilities include coordinating new client setups, guiding users through features and processes, troubleshooting day-to-day service issues, documenting requests, and partnering with internal teams to deliver best-in-class customer service.

A Typical Workday
You'll work onsite Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., balancing planned onboarding milestones with incoming client questions. Your day often includes reviewing setup details for accuracy, walking a customer through next steps by phone or email, and tracking open items so nothing is missed. Between check-ins, you'll update notes and status records, coordinate timing with internal partners, and close out completed items with clear confirmation back to the customer. The pace is steady and service-focused, with an emphasis on professionalism, organization, and timely follow-up.
