About the role
The Business Talent Sourcer is responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for Ripplings non-tech teams. This includes developing and executing sourcing strategies, building relationships with hiring managers, and conducting candidate outreach. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the non-tech landscape and be able to identify and attract the best and brightest talent.
