Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Role Overview:
Close and fund complex commercial & industrial (C&I) loans accurately and efficiently. You will be the key operator ensuring compliance, managing risk, and delivering exceptional service throughout the loan closing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a pipeline of 25-30 loan transactions from approval to funding.
Review loan documentation, perform due diligence, and ensure all conditions are met.
Accurately book loans into the system and handle pre- & post-closing tasks.
Collaborate with relationship managers, clients, and legal counsel.
Act as a gatekeeper for regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a commercial lending environment.
Knowledge of loan documentation (credit agreements, collateral).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or higher.
Experience with AFS and Laser Pro.
