    The Overlay Trade Operations team is responsible for managing trading controls, exception oversight, and operational integrity for the firm's UMA Program. This role plays a critical part in supporting the end-to-end trading lifecycle and ensuring adherence to firm policies, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

    This position operates in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex operational scenarios. The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to process improvement, risk mitigation, and the evolution of trading oversight within the UMA platform.

    Position Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience is preferred
    • 4+ years of experience in a financial services environment (or equivalent) required
    • Strong industry knowledge including an understanding of rules and regulations and how they impact the business area
    • Must have proven problem solving, decision making and critical thinking skills
    • Must have the ability to proactively identify risks and design and implement effective controls to mitigate risks
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • High level of learning agility
    • Experience working across different software applications, i.e. Excel, SQL, Power BI, to analyze data and utilize macros, formulas, and queries.

    What Could Set You Apart:

    • Previous experience with Advisory programs
    • Series 7 license
    • Advanced experience in tools and applications used to analyze data

    Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
