Job Title: Business Support Specialist

Compensation: $23.75-$24.25 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: Night Shift

What You'll Do as a Business Support Specialist:- Answer incoming calls, determine purpose and forward calls to the appropriate department
- Greet on-site visitors, determine nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel
- Monitor visual access and issue passes when required
- Assist tour facilitator with name badges and proper PPE for visitors
- Maintain and update PPE for plant associates when needed
- Update security badges for employees and contractors
- Update crew schedules on a daily basis including vacation coverage, call-ins, and temporary job assignments
- Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, faxing and collating
What You Need to Bring to the Business Support Specialist Role:- High school diploma or GED and at least one year of clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English or willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Typing speed of 40+ words per minute
- Excellent people skills and communication
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work overtime when necessary for workload and absences
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or similar field preferred #IndeedNorth
