Job Description:-

Over 8 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication for both new and enhanced applications.
Expertise in Agile (SAFe, Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies, actively involved in Scrum ceremonies Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
Collaborated with stakeholders, project managers, product owners, SMEs, and development teams to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
Led requirements elicitation using interviews, surveys, focus groups, and document analysis conducted JAD sessions for functional and non-functional requirements.
Skilled in impact analysis, GAP analysis, and root cause analysis to support decision-making and process improvements.
Actively participated in SAFe ceremonies such as PI Planning, PO Sync, PMC, and Scrum of Scrums, ensuring cadence across the Agile Release Train (ART).
Strong experience with change management, responding efficiently to evolving business needs.
Designed and developed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios aligned with product requirements.
Supported UAT and regression testing, collaborating with QA teams and ensuring quality in pre- and post-deployment phases.
