Job Summary
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the maintenance, support, implementation, and advanced technical programming support of the CRM Slate, third-party applications, and third-party integrations, as well as project management. This role leads medium-sized software development projects, analyzes functional requirements, builds prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions within Slate, supports third-party applications, coordinates with vendors to resolve integration issues, and creates and maintains technical and process documentation. The analyst works under the guidance of senior personnel and reports to a Director or designated administrator.

The starting salary range for this position is $88,020.00 - $99,500.00.
This position may be eligible for a flexible hybrid work arrangement, permitting a combination of on-site and remote work, subject to applicable organizational policies, operational requirements, and supervisory approval.
