Business System Analyst

• Analyze Data and Processes: Bridge the gap between healthcare operations and technology to improve efficiency and patient outcomes
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Identify business needs, design solutions, and implement strategies that align with healthcare regulations
• Data Analysis: Assist in the analysis of healthcare data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Project Management: Manage and track the status of requirements throughout project lifecycles, including user acceptance testing and training
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders to elicit requirements and set goals for change management

Qualifications:
• Solid understanding of healthcare systems, terminology, and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in data analysis tools and SDLC methodologies

Must have skills:
• Business system analysis
• Healthcare payer experience
• Capitation sub-domain experience
• SQL knowledge
• Good communication and documentation skills
