Skill: Business System Analyst

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
  • Technical Skills: SQL proficiency, proficiency in data modeling, and knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data to solve business problems.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to bridge communication between non-technical business users and technical IT teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering: Interviewing stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business needs.
  • System Analysis & Design: Analyzing, testing, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software to improve performance.
Technical Documentation:
  • Creating detailed functional specifications, workflow charts, and user stories for development teams.
  • Process Improvement: Reviewing existing business processes and designing new, efficient workflows.
  • Implementation & Support: Guiding the implementation of new systems, overseeing testing (UAT), and offering post-launch support.
