Business System Analyst - Washington, DC

Duration: 3+ months, Remote

Seeking for a skilled Business System Analyst with understanding of warehouse management and fulfillment systems, as well as the ability to analyze impacts across various integrated applications.

  • Domain & Business Knowledge:
    • Deep knowledge of warehouse management and fulfillment systems.
    • Experience with Inventory Management Systems, including parts management and supplier interfaces.
    • Ability to analyze upstream/downstream impacts across integrated applications.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills:
    • Strong SQL skills for data validation and defect analysis.
    • Familiarity with Apache Kafka and understanding of data flows.
    • Experience with API validation and integration rules.
    • Working knowledge of Oracle Forms and databases.
  • Delivery & Process Skills:
    • Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments.
    • Experience with project management tools, preferably VersionOne.
    • Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), preferably ServiceNow.
  • Cross-Team Facilitation:
    • Strong facilitation skills for discussions across teams.
    • Ability to serve as liaison between business and technical teams.
  • Expected Deliverables:
    • Support the operation and security of applications.
    • Work on high-priority issues and support test automation.
    • Create process documentation, user guides, and support workflows.
