Business System Analyst

• 
  
• Support and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials ERP, Oracle EPM, and related integrations across Accounting teams.
• 
  
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, and IT teams to improve processes, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• 
  
• Troubleshoot system issues, support users, and coordinate resolutions with IT and Oracle Support.
• 
  
• Monitor and support integrations, data loads, APIs, FBDI, OIC, and middleware processes.
• 
  
• Support Source-to-Pay, Invoice-to-Pay, payments, bank integrations, and financial reporting activities.
• 
  
• Assist with Oracle quarterly releases, testing, production changes, and system enhancements.
• 
  
• Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• 
  

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 
  
• 2+ years of ERP support experience. Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Cloud Financials, or comparable preferred.
• 
  
• Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, and Oracle reporting/data management tools.
• 
  
• Strong understanding of financial systems, reporting, and accounting processes.
• 
  
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, data validation, and macros/VBA.
• 
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• 
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a collaborative environment.
•
