Business Systems Analysis Manager

Reporting to the Director of Global Systems, this role translates business needs into clear system requirements and ensures high-quality solution delivery across applications and processes. Responsibilities include overseeing requirements gathering, process documentation, testing strategy, and quality assurance to deliver scalable, reliable solutions aligned with organizational goals. This is an on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts; establish best practices for requirements, testing, and stakeholder engagement
    • Oversee requirements gathering, functional design documentation, and process mapping
    • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to define current and future state processes
    • Lead QA and testing efforts, including System Testing, UAT, and regression testing
    • Manage change management, release readiness, and deployment validation
    • Act as liaison between business, technical teams, and external partners
    • Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and ISVs on ERP enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution
    • Support compliance efforts (SOX, ITGC) and ensure audit readiness
    • Drive continuous improvement in process efficiency and system adoption
    • Oversee training materials, documentation, and change readiness

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • 5–7+ years of ERP experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
    • 3+ years of people leadership experience managing analysts or similar teams
    • Experience with requirements gathering, functional design, and process mapping
    • Proven experience leading System Testing, UAT, and regression testing
    • Experience working with third-party vendors, consultants, or ISVs
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SQL or advanced analytical tools
