Subcon Rate - 60-65$ per hour

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to partner closely with product and technical teams to gather requirements, support system design, and ensure successful delivery of data-driven solutions for supplier and procurement initiatives.

JD-

• Gather, analyze, and document business and stakeholder requirements
• Create clear documentation including user stories, functional specs, workflows, and data models
• Support KPI definition and documentation (business rules, calculations, metadata)
• Lead feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses for system enhancements
• Collaborate through planning, development, testing, and deployment phases
• Validate data accuracy and deliver timely analyses and ad-hoc reports
• Incorporate security and compliance requirements into system designs

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, user story writing, and product/testing support
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of SDLC and business analysis best practices
• Willingness to commit long-term (2 years) to support multi‑year initiatives
• Basic understanding of procurement/sourcing processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years of Business or Systems Analyst experience
• Experience with cost-benefit analysis, data analysis, and reporting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
