Description
Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for their Mount Laurel, NJ location.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to support integration initiatives.
- Develop executive dashboards, presentations, and leadership meeting content.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement review sessions.
- Support project delivery by ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong Business Systems Analyst experience with expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in creating executive-level presentations, meeting materials, status reports, and steering committee content.
- Solid understanding of integration concepts, including system interactions, data flows, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional and executive-facing documentation.
- Preferred Skills
- Prior hands-on technical experience as a Developer, Quality Engineer/Test Engineer, or Technical Analyst.
- Knowledge of AI concepts and emerging technologies.
- Understanding of APIs, databases, system integrations, and application security principles.
- Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
