Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA)<\/b> to support Revenue and Sales process automation<\/b> within the n8n Automation Department<\/b>. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Technology<\/b>, with a strong focus on Lead‑to‑Cash (L2C)<\/b> and Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C)<\/b> workflows powered by n8n and Workato<\/b>.

The ideal candidate is a systems‑thinking BSA who can analyze revenue workflows, identify automation opportunities, and design scalable integrations<\/b> across CRM, CPQ, billing, and ERP systems—working closely with developers and stakeholders to deliver reliable, revenue‑safe automation.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Sales Process Analysis
<\/h3>
  • Analyze and document current‑state and future‑state<\/b> revenue and sales workflows, including:
    • Lead → Opportunity → Quote → Order → Contract → Billing → Renewal
      <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
    • Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and manual handoffs across Sales, RevOps, Finance, and CS teams
      <\/li>
    • Translate business requirements into clear, automation‑ready functional specifications<\/b>
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Automation Strategy & Integration Design
      <\/h3>
      • Partner with stakeholders to design end‑to‑end revenue automations<\/b> using:
        • n8n<\/b> (primary)
          <\/li>
        • Workato<\/b> (secondary)
          <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
        • Define integration flows across systems such as:
          • Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud)
            <\/li>
          • Billing platforms (Stripe, Salesforce Billing, Zuora)
            <\/li>
          • ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
            <\/li>
          • CLM tools (DocuSign, Conga, Adobe Sign)
            <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
          • Ensure automations support pricing accuracy, contract integrity, billing correctness, and revenue predictability<\/b>

            Cross‑Functional Collaboration

            • Act as a liaison between Revenue stakeholders and automation engineers<\/b>

            • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with:

                  • Support UAT strategy, execution, and sign‑off<\/b> for automated revenue workflows

                  • Validate automation outcomes against business rules, revenue policies, and audit requirements

                  • Ensure data consistency and integrity across CRM ↔ CPQ ↔ Billing ↔ ERP systems

                      Required Qualifications
                      <\/h2>
                      • 5–8+ years<\/b> of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, RevOps Analyst, or Sales Ops Analyst
                        <\/li>
                      • Strong hands‑on experience with n8n and/or Workato<\/b>
                        <\/li>
                      • Proven experience supporting Lead‑to‑Cash / Quote‑to‑Cash<\/b> processes
                        <\/li>
                      • Strong understanding of B2B revenue models<\/b>:
                        • Subscriptions
                          <\/li>
                        • Usage‑based pricing
                          <\/li>
                        • Renewals, amendments, expansions
                          <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
                        • Experience translating business needs into automation and integration requirements<\/b>
                          <\/li>
                        • Familiarity with API‑driven integrations, event‑based workflows, and system orchestration
                          <\/li>
                        • Experience working in Agile / Scrum<\/b> environments
                          <\/li><\/ul>

                          Nice to Have
