Roles and Responsibilities:
The Business Systems Analyst will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to:
" Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and business rules
" Translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories for Agile development and testing cycles
" Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ongoing collaboration with the Agile team
" Ensure requirements align with platform capabilities and overall customer communication strategy.
Must Have Technical Skills:
" Agile experience complete with user story creation
" Data mapping experience for adding new tables/fields to systems or for passing data from one system to another
" Ability to support stakeholder User Acceptance Testing
" JIRA, Confluence and MS Office experience
" Understand the development, testing, release cycle.
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
" Ability to run SQL scripts for testing and validation purposes
Soft Skills:
" Clear communicator who advocates for quality " Collaborates effectively with cross functional teams " Applies strong attention to detail " Uses risk based judgment to balance quality and delivery timelines.
Education/Certifications: Bachelors required
