Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently, we are searching for an Business Systems Analyst to fulfill an immediate vacancy.

This individual will be responsible for:

Collaborate with application owners, software engineers, QA analysts, business stakeholders, and architects to deliver enhancements and improvements to enterprise applications.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall effectiveness.
Gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements.

We are actively speaking with applicants who have a minimum of:

5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, and translating business needs into technology solutions.
3+ years of experience working with enterprise database management systems, including SQL Server or similar relational database platforms.
Experience supporting EDI, compliance, integration, or enterprise application environments.

Preferred Certifications and Experience:

Experience in analyzing business problems and identifying process improvement opportunities.
Experience supporting projects throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience creating process flows, technical diagrams, and project documentation.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, software engineers, QA teams, and architects.
Experience defining acceptance criteria and supporting testing activities.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools.
Experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile team facilitator.
Knowledge of infrastructure and enterprise systems concepts.
Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-resolution skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
