Job Summary:

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA), a member of the CooperVision Information Services organization, will provide systems support for Supply Chain applications used for Packaging Artwork and for inventory and replenishment planning. Specifically, this role supports VisionPack (from ESKO) for packaging artwork change management and o9 Solutions for resupply ordering and inventory replenishment between CooperVision manufacturing, packaging and distribution locations. This role will act as a liaison between the CVI's Global Supply Chain team, CVI's Information Services team, and Software vendors to ensure that our IT systems and business processes support the Global Supply Chain's needs to move product across the supply chain and fulfill customer orders on-time. BSA responsibilities include application configuration and data integration support for the Global Demand and Supply Planning application (o9 Solutions), packaging artwork change management (VisionPack from ESKO), as well as support of the Purchase Order / Sales Order (PO/SO) interfaces between the various Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in the CooperVision network.

Responsible for IT administration of the Global Supply Chain applications, used across dozens of CVI locations and by several hundred CVI users, to ensure that CVI contact lenses are packaged within compliance requirements of CVI's Regulatory, Marketing, Design, and Packaging Supply Chain teams and that contact lens inventory is staged effectively and efficiently at the right place and in the right quantity to support revenue generation and external customer satisfaction.
